DUZTUS is proud to ship directly from Mansfield, Texas to customers across the United States.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 AM CST will begin processing the next business day.

  • During product launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We currently offer domestic shipping within the United States only.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available at checkout)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak shipping seasons.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, shipping method, and destination.

  • Any free-shipping promotions will be clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • DUZTUS is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If a package is returned to us due to address issues, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and product.

  • If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to our support team for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

  • We currently ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.
