Refund Policy

At DuzTus, we stand behind our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help.


Returns

We offer a 30-day return window starting from the day your order is delivered.

To qualify for a return, products must be returned in original, market-ready condition, with intact and complete packaging, and exactly as received. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

To begin a return, please contact us at info@duztus.com. All returns must be approved before being sent back. Items shipped without prior authorization may not be eligible for processing.

Return shipping instructions will be provided once your request is approved.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@duztus.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to product safety and quality standards, certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Supplement products that have had their packaging integrity altered after delivery

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies for return, feel free to reach out before submitting a request.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different product, the quickest option is to return your eligible item (once approved) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@duztus.com.


Policy Scope

This policy applies to U.S. customers only and currently covers DuzTus supplement products, including pre-workout and electrolyte formulas.
